Returns

The return window for online purchases is 7 days from the date of delivery. You can return your item* for no additional cost within the order details section in your account or by visiting one of our boutiques located in the shipping country.

If you placed your order through our Customer Care or in one of our boutiques, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Check your order status

You will find your order number in your order confirmation email.
Please be aware that it could take a few minutes to process your order and receive the confirmation email after completing the purchase.
If you do not find the email in your mailbox, make sure to check your spam folder.
